Business Development ExecutiveRole Description We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and expanding the organization’s customer and partner network. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, initiating outreach, preparing proposals, and supporting the development of commercial strategies. The Business Development Executive will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to understand market needs and develop solutions that create value for customers and partners. Responsibilities also include managing business leads, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, supporting negotiations, tracking business development activities, and monitoring market trends and competitor movements. Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, adaptable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline. - Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, market research, and commercial strategy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective commercial solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial awareness. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate business development records. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems. - Strong initiative, confidence, adaptability, and a target-oriented mindset. - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. -
