Job Description

Responsibilities - Tower erection, assembly & alignment as per approved drawings and specifications. - Conductor, Earth Wire & OPGW stringing activities supervision. - Tensioning, sagging, clipping & spacer installation. - Rigging, lifting operations and proper use of tools/equipment. - Daily work planning, manpower allocation & site coordination. - Ensure work compliance with HSE, QA/QC and client requirements. - Monitor productivity, material usage and daily progress reporting. - Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives. - Conduct site inspections and resolve erection/stringing-related issues. - Ensure safe working practices, permits, PPE and toolbox meetings. QualificationsQualification & Experience - Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in OHTL / Transmission Line projects. - Strong experience in Tower Erection, Conductor Stringing, OPGW, Tensioning, Sagging & Clipping. - Experience in 132kV / 230kV / 380kV transmission lines preferred. - Good knowledge of HSE, work permits, rigging & lifting safety. - GCC / Saudi Arabia project experience will be an added advantage.
