Senior Accountant, Private Equity, 30-45k

Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Finance Operations / Fund Accounting Officer to support its finance team. Responsibilities - Handle daily payment processing, including fund and SPV payments. - Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and routine accounting records. - Support month-end closing and follow up on outstanding items. - Prepare semi-annual FRR 9 reports. - Review payment documentation, approvals, and internal-control compliance. - Liaise with fund administrators, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate finance records and support ad hoc projects. Requirements - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Over 5 years relevant experience. - Relevant experience in accounting, fund administration, private equity, asset management, or financial services. - Familiarity with fund structures, SPVs, payments, general ledger entries, and month-end closing. - FRR 9 reporting experience is an advantage. - Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines. - Good English and Chinese communication skills preferred.
